Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned if hygiene seals are removed unless damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Contact us at returns@megewise.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Fee

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
